Love the program, as I am no longer the "bad guy" telling my kids to get off the computer. They know their limits in advance, and learn to budget their time accordingly. I also like the support. Professional, personable, and actually caring to find a solution. Microsoft could learn something.

You've got a great product. What I like about it is it's simplicity. It took me 3 to 4 minutes to set it up. It's even easy for my kids.
