SoftwareTime provides tools that encourage children to use the computer wisely through top-quality, easy-to-use software products. We believe the computer is an amazing tool for children for both education and recreation. Unfortunately, it can be, and often is, misused and therefore parental guidance is necessary.

Company Culture

SoftwareTime is a very people-oriented company. We want people to be first and foremost family members, and this role should be given top priority in their life. This is especially true when it comes to children. We encourage all parents to take time off to enjoy their children, be it a soccer game in the afternoon, a recital at lunch time or even volunteering in the classroom during the day.

History

SoftwareTime was founded in 2003 by Joe Acunzo and Mark Sicignano . Both software professionals with almost 50 years of experience between them, they saw a need for top-quality software products that could help parents with their children’s use of the computer. As parents themselves, Joe and Mark have experienced this need first hand!

We are located in a shoreline community of Branford, CT in the USA. On many a sunny day, you’ll find SoftwareTime people at a nearby eatery overlooking the beautiful harbor in an area of town called Stony Creek.
