Contacting Support

There are two ways to contact support, one way sends us your log files and the other does not.

Submit Request Using ComputerTime Admin

Note: We receive your log files which helps us diagnose the problem.

  1. Open ComputerTime Admin and on the Help menu select Customer Support.

  2. On the Customer Support dialog, click the Request Help button.

  3. Fill out the support form that appears. Be sure to enter a descriptive Subject and provide as much detail as possible in the Description.
